All MokoMakefile commands except "clobber" and "distclean" are designed 
to be idempotent (i.e. you can run them as many times as you want 
without harm).

(and as others pointed out, you forgot the "make update" in there)

Please update the MokoMakefile wiki page with whatever information was 
missing such that this was not crystal clear for you when reading it.
