 Your assumption is correct - opkg update;opkg upgrade should keep you up
 to date. I was just asking to make sure that you have the latest of the
 latest and did not mix it up with packages from different sources.
 Could I ask you to run a full system update (opkg update;opkg upgrade)
 again, reboot and test if the issues still is present ?!
