Some update on OM.dev

Hi Distro guys, 
  I just update the patch on etk for extra margin, and bump up assassin
to 249. 

New Stuff:
  Fixing bug of miscount of the boundary. 
  Adding extra margin support to assassin
  disable bouncing effect while scrolling in assassin.
