om-locations update in om.dev and asu.stable

    I made om-locations bump up to 
    a0de11f295c6d2fd1e567205f853c9b994b2a306 
    in om.dev branch and cherried pick to asu.stable.

    Inform you that I did this myself for making it be tested sooner.
