Normal customers want stable repos enabled only, it's clear.  QA on
kernel like anything else being worked on should only help us in general.

But there's a third class of guys aside from "experienced testers"
suffering from something that we try to fix and they casually need to be
able to cherrypick stuff from unstable.  I will just point them to the
URL for unstable kernel and I guess that's all that's needed to be done.
~ These guys are critical for us because they are the ones with the
symptom, servicing them must be part of our repo scheme (as it now seems
it will be).
