Issues with Ubuntu package names and Toolchain?

I solved the issue by setting up the environment, then:
$ opkg-target install libmokoui2-dev gconf-dbus-dev

It also helped to "sudo chown -R <user>:<user> /usr/local/openmoko" 
before running opkg-target.

Is this the appropriate process?  If so, I will add to the wiki.
