[SHR][PATCH] Add "scroll to next/previous page" feature to epdfview

This patch adds a feature to epdfview to change the showed page of the
document when you drag from the end/beginning of the actual page to
the direction of the next/previous page.
It seems quite friendly to me but we could adjust the lenght of
scrolling needed to change page, now it's fixed at 50 pixels.
