FSO and SHR bitbake issue. Help. Thanks in advance.

No, and I just yesterday cleaned my build, freshly checked out openembedded 
repository and updated bitbake, then built fso-console-image succesfully.

My bitbake is 1.8.13 I believe, from this SVN : 
http://svn.berlios.de/svnroot/repos/bitbake/branches/bitbake-1.8
