SHR Settings fails to start after package install

Hi,

I have been having a consistent problem on the old (stable) and latest
(un-stable/testing) SHR distros.The application *settings* and some others
like intone etc *fail to start after I install any packages*.When the load
SHR the first time I can get the phone-settings working.Anyway I can fix
this? (because I am not able to start the bluetooth and other connectivity
services in the Settings).

Please guide me.
