[FSO] latest EFL has regressed

Version  0.16.999.050+svnr38521-r1 had that regression i.e. 'no icons in 
illume'.

Today is a good day because upgrading to 0.16.999.050+svnr38521-r2 
brings back those icons :-). I'm running a locally built FSO-testing.
