[FSO] latest EFL has regressed

Yeah, can confirm this now. Tested a build yesterday whcih had this problem and
today it is fixed. I think it had to do with Koens changes to the e-wm packaging
for the utils. Anyway, fixed now. Good to have some testers out there :)
