Serial port not working on GTA02 with debug board

This shows that the settings are not same.....
but on minicom I am using same baudrate for both. Even If i change the
baudrates on both. I am able to get oneway response

Computer>minicom ---> GTA02>minicom ----> Even I am getting some special
charactors echoed back on the  Computer>minicom

but not getting any response from
GTA02>minicom ----> Computer>minicom   (No Response)
