If pixman is not on DEPENDS I guess it should be there, but then i 
wonder why xorg-server compiled without it. Even so, the patch is for 
the pkg-config file (the .pc)

I have no idea, i hack this on my local box to be able to compile the 
driver as that var wasn't there. I would just change the .pc file and 
leave the OE build config alone.
