[SHR-U] python-distutils missing pyconfig.h

Hello,

I'm testing a python app that's about to be released and encountered a
strange problem when installing it on SHR using distutils:

root at d-a318 ~/eieruhr-0.2 $ python setup.py install
running install
error: invalid Python installation: unable to
open /usr/include/python2.6/pyconfig.h (No such file or directory)

>From other mails I can tell that that header is usually contained in the
python2.*-dev packages and on debian even in the non-dev ones, but I
cannot find any of them in the SHR-U feeds. The only thing resembling a
main python package is libpython2.6-1.0 - and that's already installed.
Where might I get that mysterious pyconfig header from?
