Cross-compilation gpsd Toolchains

Hi,

I would first of all try with a more up-to-date toolchain. Try for
instance the shr toolchains at
http://buildhost.shr-project.org/shr-unstable/sdk/ . On your desktop
install libtool-2.4 and run configure with the --with-sysroot and
--host options.
