Flashing latest uBoot

Hi,

has anybody already flashed the latest uBoot from chooseopen.com ?

I am a little bit worried about the idea to start my Neo1973
experiences with the necessity to use the debug board for
a revitalisation (but a more recent version than the delivered
one is appealing ;-) ).
