dfu-util on Mac OS X

Harald,
we are still have problems to make dfu-util work on MacOS X and you  
might be experienced in this area and might provide the right hint  
where to look at.

One more observation:

hns$ ./dfu-util --list
dfu-util - (C) 2007 by OpenMoko Inc.

Differences:
* it says "Runtime" and not "DFU"
* devnum=0 and not 16
* intf=2 and not 0
* name="USB Device Firmware Upgrade"and not the specific section.

Is this a hint for someone who knows details about the flasher  
protocols?
