USB Cables

Unfortunately it seems the host-mode cable was cancelled for one reason
or another. The webshop didn't advertise it either in the parts list,
only the preliminary info mail.

I got my hands on a three-pronged cable (to feed power from one end),
but have to modify the connectors a bit...
