Could be, but it requires that some banks will support it. Also, I'm not sure 
if I would feel as secure as with my dedicated key generator for my online 
bank:

* You don't install extra software on your dedicated keyfob, which eliminates 
the risk of keyloggers and trojans.

* The risk of loosing your phone is higher than the risk of loosing your 
keyfob (you often bring your phone to places where you probably wouldn't 
bring your keyfob).

Maybe I'm just paranoid. It would be pretty convenient to have it on your 
phone though :).
