Hello,
I have installed GPS Sight 0.0.3 even if the package claim it is version 0.1:
root at om-gta01:~# opkg install
http://projects.openmoko.org/frs/download.php/150/gpssight_0_0_3.armv4t.ipk

Installing gpssight (0.1) to root...
Configuring gpssight
This reads from /tmp/nmeaNP, right?
According to lsof it does:
root at om-gta01:~# lsof /tmp/nmeaNP
COMMAND PID USER FD TYPE DEVICE SIZE NODE NAME
gpsd 1287 nobody 7u FIFO 0,14 2797 /var/volatile/tmp/nmeaNP
ld-linux. 1300 root 16w FIFO 0,14 2797 /var/volatile/tmp/nmeaNP
gpv 2222 root 5u FIFO 0,14 2797 /var/volatile/tmp/nmeaNP
If I do 'cat /tmp/nmeaNP, I get this:
root at om-gta01:~# cat /tmp/nmeaNP

So the GPS is working, right?
(Even if it doesn't get a fix - my apartment is indoors).
I am using the /home/root/gllin/gllin script from the tangoGPS web
page to start gpsd and gllin.
However, GPS Sight claims that it has 0 (zero) satellites, and display
"nan" (Not A Number?) for lat, long, alt and speed values.
Why does it do that?
One more thing: my Neo doesn't have a SIM card yet, but that
shouldn't mean anything for gps testing, right?
It has network connectivity via usb
