WiP: dfu-util for Windows

Dear all!

I dedicated some time to that subject today. Here is how far I got:

Any contributions building on that are very welcome. Maybe someone is more skilled with MinGW/MSYS than I am and can fix some of the problems related to that part.)

P.S.: I understand that MinGW stuff can be used to create Windows binaries. So maybe one this will be properly ported, we can build a dfu-util.exe as part of the automated snapshot build process?
