How could I connect Neo to internet using host pc?

sorry, that was not very clear, I mean the local net address of the
interface on the forwarding host, that looks towards the internet, not
the final public IP address. If you have a second NAT gateway in your
router, it will rewrite the address again for you as it goes out
towards the world.
