Neo - high load average after 1 -2 days on?

Ok, I'm having that trouble again.
It took over ten minutes to login via ssh!
root at om-gta01:~# uptime
Unknown HZ value! (94) Assume 100.

I don't know what that "unknown HZ value" message means. Perhaps this
is a suspend issue?
It doesn't seem to be any trouble with free space on disks:
