My non-scientific measurement says udev takes ~5 at most seconds with
2.6.22 on a gta01bv4. I haven't tried to bootchart it yet, since that
requires a non-trivial setup for the bootchart logfile, since we don't
want to spend 90% cpu in IO-wait for the logfile writeback.
