Kernel separation for gta01/gta02

if you want this then now is the best time ;-)
Always 'now' is the best time for these types of changes. The more you  
think about it, the more you realize how many things you break and  
then you end up with lots of time discussing and planning and still  
won't do it in the end.
So please let's make a quick decision: Do we want to rename 'fic-' to  
'om-', either now or never :-)
