Proposal: Wiki Maintainer of the Month

Hey, I have an idea. Instead of creating a new page, why not simply use

http://wiki.openmoko.org/wiki/Community_Member_of_the_Week

since that's been kind of dead. Modify it to include wiki maintainers 
along with developers (I know most of you are in fact both) and change 
week->month.
