marking for deletion

Hi,

Do we still use {{Delete}} for delete requests? The category page itself 
has been deleted:

http://wiki.openmoko.org/index.php?title=Category:Candidates_for_speedy_deletion&action=edit

(There are articles in it anyway. Seeing this re-create warning, I think 
the original category page had some description of what this is for.)
