RFC: rename "Neo 1973 USB host" to remove the 1973 or add FreeRunner

Thanks, Matt,  Torfinn, and Marko, for your comments. Note that I've 
changed the title but have not renamed the wiki page. Is there a way to 
change a wiki page name or does it still require that I create a new 
page, copy the contents, then delete the old page?

I've started reworking this page and adding new info. I have to pause 
now so please consider this a work in progress, but I'm still happy to 
have your comments.

I intend to break out the 3 headed cable into a separate block (perhaps 
a separate page?). The "DIY USB host adapter" really is just a 
female-to-female adapter, and perhaps should be a separate page too.
