I don't understand the question, but I think now that Dolfje implemented 
the /xx language marked categories while we were discussing that idea on 
this list 2 weeks ago, I think this solution works well.

E.g. you are here:

http://wiki.openmoko.org/wiki/Category:Hardware_Support/es

If you speak English, you may wonder "is this all about hardware 
support?" and click the English link to get more. (In any other category 
you navigate to, you can go back to Espanol.)

If you don't speak English, you can still go up, by clicking 
"Hardware/es" at the bottom (hehe, that link was missing), and discover 
more /es content.

I like this method.

(Well, it REQUIRES language versions of a category to be added to the 
same category as the English, but to the language version one. We can 
handle that...I hope... :-p )
