Wiki Project

Should we add a project to the projects.openmoko.org site that will allow us
to track reported defects? There was a email on the community list today
about the Wiki, and while it wasn't exactly respectful, they did point out
some things which I agree with. We really need a list of things to do. I
don't know we need central assignment, but at least have somewhere to track
issues.
