Categories are stripped from any page that gets edited

Our IT guy already disabled the tag cloud extension .

The problem is described here: https://admin-trac.openmoko.org/trac/ticket/1640

By doing this , can fix the eating whitespace  problem. 

I think it fixed.

I don't have this problem now.
