Deleting outdated/unused pages

Wonderful news. As you've seen on the list I've been trying to delete as 
many as possible myself. I sincerely believe that the two topics you've 
mentioned (large number of pages, large number of categories) is the 
first block to a useful wiki.

Reduce the number of pages and categories, and then we can effectively 
improve the quality of the rest of the pages so that the wiki is truly 
useful.
