I'm trying an experiment. As I process my incoming mail, answering users 
questions, I'm trying to use the FAQ as my only reference.

If a question isn't answered there, I add it.

Ideally each email should be answered with (perhaps) a brief sentence 
and a link to the appropriate FAQ.

The nice thing about this is that when I don't have to add a new FAQ, I 
feel like I'm putting to good use my previous work.
