It do not looks like duplicate to me. "Manual" here means "from scratch", as
opposed to "Using the installation script". It's important to keep notes on
how to do things step by step, otherwise when the script breaks...
So unless the script is very well documented, I would say it's a
paragrap-by-paragraph assessment of 'is this information better said
elsewhere', but there is no case for a whole page deletion. The warning and
title should be changed to disambiguate "Manual".
