RFC: delete "hardware" and "Neo 1973" from "Navigation" box

Let's rephrase that. Remove HW until we think of a better name. For now, 
if we have FreeRunner in that box, that pretty much satisfies the need 
of HW.

Sounds like this page needs to be renamed. Hardware as a general page 
probably doesn't make sense.
