Propositions on categories

How? I worked a lot on unpopulating "Information" category, sometimes 
even carefully reading the _whole_ article to decide where to move.

I can do that with Documentation and Technical too some day, unless Minh 
will be faster ;-) (unfortunately I can't contribute every day). I was 
waiting for feedback. The current continued category cleanup effort is a 
good feedback that my work was not a waste! :-D
