RFC: delete "hardware" and "Neo 1973" from "Navigation" box (also add FAQ and applications, and repurpose applications)

Earlier the Applications page had description:

"applications being developed by the core set of Openmoko developers. "

So it was the sibling of Openmoko Community Applications. (I agree, that 
we have too many Application lists!)
