css problem: h3-h4 looks exactly the same

Hi,

"Resolved Issues" should be larger than "Empty NOR Flash" or "Debug 
board has wrong vendor/product ID". Is it the same size for you too? 
Might be my browser "playing tricks". (FF3/Linux).

Some pages, e.g. [[Download]] look really unusable if these two headers 
have the same size.
