Hi Minh,

   * Our PM wants lets people can see a simple URL like
   http://downloads.openmoko.org/releases/Om2008.9/Om2008.9.rootfs.jffs2

   * In other side, we hope the filename can keep the information of date.
   It's not about "when did the file be create". It's about "when did we
   pick up the release of OpenEmbedded Building System."

   An Engineer can see the name and to know "If I checkout out the date
   of OE tree, I can start building the same image."

   In most case both of the date are the same, but sometimes it's different. 
   it's like Om2008.9. We release in Sep19, the date of OE tree we pick
   up is Sep 16.
