looking for user manual / user instructions

Hi, I bought a used Openmoko Freerunner (GTA02) but it does not come with the
instruction manual.  I can't find a PDF version on the openmoko website or
on the wiki.

Any ideas how I can get a copy?  I would really like to read through it.
