Patch for Telit GM862 GSM modem

Hi,

I managed to make a Telit GM862 GSM modem work with gsmd. A patch against latest
svn revision (r3968) is attached.
I did not do much of testing yet, but I would expect the basic functions except
of signal strength information to work.

The Telit GM862 series modems are good for development purposes because they are
easy to get in small quantities (in Europe at least) and come with good
documentation.
