network registration from NEO! please help!

With the danger of restating the obvious, it might be useful to know that 
free SIMs are available from most providers in the UK, that might be 
useful for the SIM testing process.

eg, just Google for "free sim", and hopefully the sponsored links will 
point you in the direction of T-Mobile, O2 and Orange.

I think that Vodaphone are charging £2 at the moment for their SIM, and 
you may have to search their site directly.

Are you*only* interested in these providers and are you interested in roaming 
results too?
