[gta02-core] Critical R_US library fix

Hi all,

I found a severe problem with our resistor symbol while playing around with netlist - it showed up as a single-pin device, because pin numbers were not there:

 ( /4A4B8F03/4A4BC5C3 $noname  R7515 10k {Lib=R_US}
  (    ~ SD_3V3 )
 )

I fixed it, so please update and generate the library file with mkloe, as usual.
