[gta02-core] IO Schematics

[Luke Duncan]

I checked in an initial shot at the IO schematics and updated ecn016 with
the changes that were made to the accelerometers.
We still need a symbol for the debug connector so that we can add that to
the schematics as well.

Let me know what problems you spot.
