[gta02-core] Modem schematic / RF help needed

I've now updated the modem with the changes discussed:

 - drop gsm power switch (U1705)
 - route MODEM_ON and MODEM_RST to PMU, removing the transistors
 - add the internal antenna, but not the external one.  


I think that leaves the modem complete - comments / flames / reviews 
welcome as always! :-)
