It would be great to have a specific quote. I've been given a number
of references to PCB houses that have online quotes, but they all tend
to lack some of the features we need.

I still need to find out if we can use microvias and if we can use
microvias directly under pads/balls. In the latter case, we could
probably get away with 6 mil traces.
