[gta02-core] BOM processing: review-friendly visualization

The BOM processing system can now generate schematics in which
the descriptions of parts selected for each component are shown.

It makes some effort of keeping descriptions from being placed on
top of component values and other descriptions, so the result
should be more readable than it may seems at first sight.
