[gta02-core] "shopping lists" for GTA02 components

I checked the "shopping" lists for GTA02 components at FIC into SVN:
http://svn.openmoko.org/trunk/gta02-core/orders/

ee-bom-fic-20100208.txt are components that go into SMT.
ee2-bom-fic-20100208.txt are components that are either added later
or that aren't in our schematics (such as the shields.)

There's also a list of mechanical components, for which I'm still
awaiting permission to release.

If you see anything wrong or suspicious, please holler.
