I prefer the approach of Dr. H. Nikolaus Schaller, but it's true that
we have to wait the plans & purpouses of OpenMoko, the GT03 idea
creator.
I think that there are a lot of hobbystic projects that get success.
I'd like to get an active part of this project (as i try since i started).

Well, this was allways possible since GTA01 (as i read around, they
start like this more or less). But i think that getting the things
done is more an actitude. It's true that HW is "hard" to develop and
maybe so slow, but it could have success. And the OpenSource community
demostrates over and over aɡain that it'spossible to brinɡ
thinɡsthiings that nobody belives that was possible years ago (
Operatinɡ Systems, Virtual Emulators, ...., ). Why this is not going
to be possible?

This is true, we've to wait to see what direction is going this ML.
