have you looked at bug labs

its modular, each module is kidn of big, perosnally i want 90% the modules the phone has and like everything but th emissing camera, 3g and RF/audio related HW bugs 

i wish there were  diy fab centers where you cold just clic checkboxes adn get a board, paying for the parts a-la-carte

i bet SEG doesnt even have that yet
